Latoya has always been very ambitious throughout her life. Her diverse background and life experiences lead her to strive toward succeeding and achieving her goals. She obtained an Associate’s Degree from Grand Rapids Community College in Accounting. She continued her education at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI., earning a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management. While attending college, she was able to use the knowledge she gained to attain a management position in the retail industry. She brings five years of recruiting experience from the retail industry, along with six years of management skills. During those years she discovered a passion for helping others. Her attention to detail and people made her decision to pursue recruiting full time a natural one.

While finishing her degree at Davenport she started as an intern with Management Business Solutions bringing great work ethic along with a willingness to learn. Within two months of her internship, she joined the MBS team full time.
