 Rob Geer

Rob Geer is a highly motivated Managing Partner at Management Business Solutions.  He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.  As an expert in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Management, Health Administration, and Information Technology, he specializes in finding highly qualified professionals that meet the requirements of his client’s staffing and recruiting needs.  

Rob partnered with Management Business Solutions where he found an opportunity to work for an organization with a similar philosophy to his own.  As part of an ownership team, it allows him to build his own business in an industry geared toward generating business relationships while making a difference in the lives of others by assisting them in their careers.  Rob has helped the team grow to become a professional staffing firm with national capabilities, offering clients personalized and relationship driven solutions. 

Rob has a passion for networking thorough various organizations and through social media.  He has developed a strong network through LinkedIn and teaches regular seminars on using LinkedIn in your career search.  He is also a consistent user of Facebook and Twitter and loves to learn the best uses for all forms of social media.  He is responsible for all aspects of Management Business Solutions presence on the web, including developing and maintaining the company’s website, Facebook fan page and Twitter account.
