Professional Services is responsible for technical
implementation and support of our clients via phone and
email (no travel required). Additionally, you’ll
use your business acumen and creativity to maximize the
client performance through efficient implementation of the
hosted Behavioral Recommendation service, and will therefore
have a direct influence on driving customer results.
Key areas of responsibility include:

Serve as a player/coach in a fast-paced, demanding
environment

Manage the technical on-boarding of all clients
by integrating their data feeds, product configuration,
and client website integration

Mentor a highly-skilled team of Professional Services
Engineers by leading by example

Work closely with client IT teams via phone, email and
web conferencing (no travel required)

Design methods and develop tools (such as Java or XML
verification scripts and data parsing scripts) to
streamline the client servicing

Provide input to the Engineering team to drive new
features into the product

Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
technical degree

3+ years leading technical teams in a client-facing
practice
-
6+ years delivering solutions to clients (E-commerce or
digital marketing, internet advertising, behavioral
eMarketing)

Experience in startup environment, preferably SaaS

Experience using ETL mapping tools to do comprehensive
data scrubbing, transformation and mapping with retail
data feeds

Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML,
JavaScript, XML, and Http)

Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Loader
-
Understanding of Linux environments and shell scripting
-
Java a big plus
-
Ability to deliver projects on time with minimal
supervision
