Responsibilities: |
| Partner with other staff members to develop
solutions following system development life cycle
practices including: documenting requirements,
defining and documenting processes, developing and
enhancing software, and quality assurance testing.
Responsible for assisting users with the
implementation of business process changes to help
the company to achieve strategic objectives.
Provide staff members with first level support for
Microsoft CRM implementation and related reporting
and software systems.
Define and perform routine and maintenance practices
related to administration of Microsoft CRM
implementation.
Promote the adoption of new systems and processes
through training, awareness and adoption strategies.
