We are
currently look for a Area Sales Manager in Home Health
Care for our client in Grand Rapids, MI. This person will be
responsible for increasing revenues and implementing
sales strategies in accordance with company sales and
marketing plan and corporate objectives while
establishing, maintaining and increasing customer
loyalty. Primary duties include identifying,
researching and securing new business opportunities by
utilizing prospecting skills; coordinating effective
communication with office to assure accurate flow of
information; and developing and implementing effective
sales plan. Must demonstrate ability to develop,
implement and discuss strategic concepts and present
unique home care capabilities; and develop and present
strategic solutions to decision-makers.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree
preferred in marketing, business administration, health
care administration, nursing or related field, or a
combination of education and experience
EXPERIENCE
·
Minimum
of three (3) years sales experience in the homecare
industry preferably in senior healthcare, and a proven
record of success in building customer relationships
·
Knowledgeable in regulations of Medicare, Medicaid and
Waiver programs for all services available in the
homecare industry
·
Strong
presentation and communication skill both verbal and
written.
·
Creative
problem solver with strong analytical and
decision-making skills
·
Strong
interpersonal and customer service skills.
·
Experience and involvement in bettering the community we
serve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES

Builds
strong relationships with referral sources in community.
·
Meets or
exceeds referral targets (monthly goals) within assigned
market.
·
Spearheads the effort to get company name into the
community and regarded as the best in the business.
·
Creates
sales strategy around value proposition for referral
sources.
·
Manages
advertising campaigns to support business objectives.
·
Educates
the community, clients and families on services
available.
·
Must
maintain focused follow-up and consistency in meeting
with referral sources.
·
Ability
to manage and coordinate a client’s needs using a case
management approach.
·
Coordinates and develops relationships with caregivers
for a total sales approach.
COMPLIANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs job
duties in compliance with Federal, State and local Rules and
Regulations and Company policies and procedures.

Maintains
confidentiality of client information in compliance with
State and Federal law.

Must
demonstrate a stable, drug free background with no criminal
record.
·
Must have a
safe driving record as evidence by a DMV.
