I started Management Business Solutions (MBS) in 2006 because I have a passion in helping jobseekers find the right fit based on their needs, skills and experience. I also believe that organizations need to spend time on their core business while we provide practical, cost-effective, customized employment solutions.
While MBS is only 5 years old, my staff and I have over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Management Business Solutions provide staffing for permanent, contract, temporary, and part or full time positions. We place people in the areas of healthcare, accounting, finance, HR, IT, project management, engineering, sales, marketing, banking, purchasing, clerical and office administration.
Our most recent project involved placing the VP of Operations for the Literacy Center, the Director of Finance with the Disabilities Advocates of Kent County and the Program Manager at Women's Resource Center. This experience plus our active involvement in the community made us realize that non-profits need specialized expertise – a strategy that is entirely different from the types of solutions that for profit-firms seek for. More than the usual skills and experience, you want someone who is committed to your mission, passionate, and sensitive to the needs of your volunteers, benefactors, staff and community.
We take the extra steps in gaining insights into our client's organizations, culture and employment requirements and have developed a stringent process to meet your needs on time and on budget.
It's the first step in the discovery process and part of our commitment to build a relationship.
Here's to providing great minds to build better communities,
