Landmarks:
The building is located on the corner of Monroe Center and Ionia, kitty corner from the Select Bank and close to the Grand Rapids Art Museum. We are in the same building as Louis Benton Steakhouse.

Free Parking:
The Monroe Center Ramp has 1 hour of free parking if you enter before 6PM. Parking meters downtown are free after 5PM. You can access our building (77 Monroe Center) from the first/second floor of the parking ramp structure.

Directions:

From the south: Take 131 North to Exit 84B (Downtown) onto Scribner Ave. Turn right onto Oakes at the second light, where Scribner Ave. dead-ends at Van Andel Arena. Get into the left turn lane almost immediately after turning onto Oakes and turn left onto Ionia, a brick street, at the stop sign. Go through the intersection of Ionia and Fulton, where Ionia becomes a one-way (and is no longer brick) and get into the left lane. Go through the lighted intersection at Ionia and Louis. The Monroe Center Parking Ramp will be on your left-hand side, before the intersection of Ionia and Monroe Center.

 
From the north: Take 131 South to Exit 85B (Pearl Street) onto Mount Vernon Ave. Turn left onto Pearl at the first light (where Big Boy is). Turn right onto Monroe at the third light. Turn left onto Louis at the first light. Turn left onto Ionia (a 1-way road) at the second light. The Monroe Center Parking Ramp will be on your left-hand side almost immediately after turning and before the intersection of Ionia and Monroe Center.

 
From the east: Take 96 West to 196 into downtown Grand Rapids. Exit 196 at Exit 77C (Ottawa Ave). Go straight off the exit ramp (Ottawa is a one way road); do NOT turn onto Michigan. Follow Ottawa Ave. until it curves to the right. Turn left on Louis after the curve (this is a lighted intersection). Turn left on Ionia at the first light (Ionia is a one way road and you can only go left). The Monroe Center Parking Ramp will be on your left-hand side almost immediately after turning and before the intersection of Ionia and Monroe Center.

 
From the west: Take 96 East toward Grand Rapids and take Exit 31A to 131 South. Take 131 South to Exit 85B (Pearl Street) onto Mount Vernon Ave. Turn left onto Pearl at the first light (where Big Boy is). Turn right onto Monroe at the third light. Turn left onto Louis at the first light. Turn left onto Ionia (a 1-way road) at the second light. The Monroe Center Parking Ramp will be on your left-hand side almost immediately after turning and before the intersection of Ionia and Monroe Center.
