Latoya Person

Latoya is an ambitious and self-driven individual with a real compassion in giving back to her community. She obtained an Associate’s Degree from Grand Rapids Community College in Accounting and continued her education at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI., earning a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management. While attending college, she was able to use the knowledge she gained to obtain a management position in the retail industry. She brings five years of recruiting experience from the retail industry, along with six years of management skills.

While finishing her degree at Davenport she started as an intern with Management Business Solutions. Her great work ethic, willingness to learn and passion for helping others enabled her to be a great addition to the Management Business Solutions team. Her personal commitment for continued professional growth in the Human Resource field and community involvement aligned well with the corporate philosophy of Management Business Solutions. Within a short period of her internship, she joined the Management Business Solutions team.
