The current MBS staff has over 50 years of combined experience in recruiting, staffing, interviewing, and sourcing – all key components in designing customized staffing solutions to meet client needs. MBS recruiters take the extra steps to gain insights into our client’s organizations, culture, and employment process, and we have developed a stringent process to meet our clients’ needs on time and on budget.

With our office headquartered in the Greater Grand Rapids area, we operate throughout West Michigan and have ties to Lansing, Ann Arbor, and Detroit. We also have experience recruiting in Texas, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New York, and Canada.

Management Business Solutions (MBS) is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), in addition to holding 8(a) certification. MBS has the ability to bid on federal contracts and has successfully filled eleven federal staffing contracts.
