Candidate Screening Process

Our screening process consists of three parts:

  1. Completion of Application and Registration
  2. In-depth Interview
  3. Verification of Professional References

 

Candidates interested in registering with Management Business Solutions are asked to complete an application form. Select candidates are invited to meet with a Recruiter to conduct an in-depth interview. Verification of professional references is conducted before an Interim Assignment or Direct Placement is confirmed.

The most important part of our screening process is the in-depth face-to-face interview. These interviews are designed to discover your motivations, skills, work environment preferences, management styles and expectations for your ideal position.
