Floriza Genautis is the principal founder of MBS and has over 20 years of specialization in the professional staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to calling Grand Rapids her home, Floriza recruited in Silicon Valley, CA, working with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Hitachi Data Systems, Network Associates, McAfee, and Nike. Her strength and expertise in the technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, service, furniture, and automotive industries gives her the foresight and understanding to find the ideal professional staffing solutions for MBS’ clients. Her previous responsibilities include a extensive background and over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, human resources management, benefits administration, and computer/network administration. Floriza possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with an emphasis in Computer Application from De La Salle University, Philippines.

Latoya Person, a lifelong resident of Michigan, was born and raised on the east side of the state and relocated to Grand Rapids in 2002. A graduate of Davenport University, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She takes pride in her community and has made it her duty to serve the area beyond her role as Managing Partner with MBS. Latoya brings more than 10 years of experience and expertise in the management, hiring, and recruiting of employees.

Amy Marshall is a Managing Partner and Account Manager at MBS. She is graduate of Aquinas College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and concentration in human resource management and brings over 8 years of customer service and sales experience to the MBS team. Amy started her MBS journey in February 2009 as a part-time recruiting assistant and quickly demonstrated the willingness and ability to learn and grow within the company, and also to help the company grow and bring in additional business. In her five years at MBS, she has been able to help build a successful team of committed recruiters, develop a thriving internship program, and gain the trust of long-lasting repeat clients.
