Floriza Genautis is the principal founder of Management Business Solutions (MBS) a professional staffing firm with national capabilities, offering clients personalized and relationship driven recruiting solutions. MBS is also skilled in attracting diverse talents and has multiple award recognitions for diversity initiatives, community involvement and business successes. She migrated to Silicon Valley from the Philippines after earning her degree in Mathematics from De La Salle University. With over 25 years of specialization in the staffing industry, her recruiting career began in California and afforded her opportunities to recruit for companies such as Hewlett Packard, Hitachi Data Systems, Applied Materials, Google, NUMI and McAfee. Her strength and expertise in the technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, service, furniture, government and automotive industries gives her the foresight and under- standing to find the ideal professional staffing solutions for MBS’ clients. Calling Grand Rapids home, Floriza is active in the community and volunteers her time to various organizations and she co-founded WISE, a women’s organization providing education, connections and opportunities to grow their businesses.

Latoya Person is Managing Partner and Executive Sourcer at MBS. Latoya joined MBS in 2009, bringing more than 12 years of talent acquisition leadership, sourcing expertise, and large team management experience to her role with the company. Latoya began her career with one of the world’s largest retailers, before relocating to Grand Rapids to join MBS where she became involved in the operations as the business grew. She oversees employee training, process development/improvement, and sourcing initiatives of MBS services. She creates robust talent pipelines for positions across the country, regardless of the industry. She attracts extraordinary candidates for small, medium, large and also Fortune 500 companies who have hard to fill positions. She has expert hunting skills via internet, phone and/or other channels leaving no stone unturned until your position is filled. She graduated from Davenport University with a degree in Human Resource Management. Latoya also has a passion for serving her local community. She served on the board as Secretary and Executive Board Member for BL²END (Business Leaders Linked to Encourage New Directions), whose mission is to foster an environment of growth and belonging where young professionals of color can connect with each other, develop professionally and contribute to the local community. Amy Marshall is a Managing Partner and Senior Account Manager at MBS. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in human resources management from Aquinas College. Amy brings over 10 years of business development and account management experience to the MBS team. Amy started her career for a startup business on the east side of the state managing the sales growth strategy. In 2009, Amy moved to Grand Rapids where her journey with MBS started. Amy demonstrated the willingness and ability to learn the staffing industry and quickly grew within the company. During her tenure at MBS, she has been able to help build a successful team of committed recruiters, develop a thriving internship program, and gain the trust of long-lasting repeat clients. Amy’s key strengths are creating a comprehensive timeline for both external/internal use, customizing documentation for the interview process, conducting weekly interviews, and compiling reports for the client. Amy serves the community by volunteering on two Executive Boards of Directors in Grand Rapids area. She serves as the Secretary for The West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where the goal is to increase the economic advancement of Hispanic owned businesses and assist the professional growth of the Hispanic business leaders in West Michigan. She also serves as the Board Chair for the Spartan Stores YMCA which is a cause-driven organization to help serve the marginalized population to strive for a health living and bring social responsibly to the community. The committee work that Amy has done over the years has been to help with board recruitment and to specifically focus on diversity and inclusion. In 2010 & 2012, Amy received the Grand Rapids Business Journal “40 Under 40” Award and received the “50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan” Award in 2014.
