Select candidates are invited to meet with a Recruiter to conduct an in-depth interview. Verification of professional references is conducted before an Interim Assignment or Direct Placement is confirmed.

The most important part of our screening process is the in-depth face-to-face interview. These interviews are designed to discover your motivations, skills, work environment preferences, management styles and expectations for your ideal position.
